The study investigated the health promotion activities in the pre-school child care center and developed a health promotion practice for child care center and factors influencing the health promotion activities in child care center in community. Qualitative design was studied. The data collected by focus groups of all 19 teachers, child care volunteers and in depth interviews of all 10 teachers. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Health promotion activities in child care center are followed by the standard quality child center of Thai Ministry of Public Health. The majority of teachers and child care volunteers had their full responsibilities take care of children’s health.
