  Pediatric nursing plays a vital role in the overall well-being of children and adolescents. Mental health challenges among pediatric patients have been on the rise, necessitating a comprehensive approach to care. This research article explores the various mental health challenges faced by pediatric nurses and proposes strategies for addressing these challenges to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents.
