Co-working and the future of Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Noel Mavura

The future of work is evolving at a great pace and one of the areas that is currently being disrupted in place of work. Studies show that in the coming decade a huge fraction of office spaces will be shared office spaces. Co-working is the future as the shift if moving more towards freelance as a Deloitte report shows that in Switzerland already 1 in 4 Swiss citizens work as freelancers. For a freelancer, a co- working space is ideal as they meet new people and potential clients and referrals. This talk will focus on how co-working spaces which in most cases are becoming incubators and accelerators for startups can help entrepreneurship. There is a lot of opportunities and challenges for the co-working spaces industry.
