Papaya seeds are claimed to possess anthelmintic property in traditional system of medicines. Papaya seeds extract was incorporated in the jelly which is administered orally without water. The oral jelly was prepared by heating method by using various polymer with different concentration. As the extract was bitter in taste so taste masking is important parameter while designing the dosage forms, it is mainly done by adding sweeteners and flavors.
