Research instruments were two namely, Career Development Inventory (CDI) and Group Career Guidance and Counselling Strategies (Package used for treatment). Treatment procedure took place in three different school locations where students were pre-tested and post-tested before and after treatment with Group Career Guidance (GCG), Group Career Counselling (GCC) and Group Career Guidance and Counselling (GCG+GCC). The results of the study revealed a general low career maturity and decision making skills before treatment. The study revealed improvement of the maturity and the skills after the treatment.
