Making reflections is one of the key critical skills in leadership and management. Reflecting is good; when one reflects, one learns; and one becomes aware and mindful. And in this review research paper, the practitioner-academician author examines what reflections entail in life and at work, how and what as well as why should one reflect. The author also uncovers some prevalent problems of making reflections or meditiations while highlighting its clear benefits.
